Pokémon-Go!

As many of you know, the Diamond and Pearl TCG expansion was released in the USA on Wed, May 23rd. What you may not know, however, is that there was a site make-over over at the official TCG website, www.pokemon-tcg.com as well as some rule changes made to the Pokemon TCG meta-game.

Thats right, The TCG website has been completely redone and even has a all new URL (www.go-pokemon.com). From what I've seen so far, it's shaping up to be a very comprehensive site for the TCG fan as well as the new TFG (Trading Figure Game) soon to be released. Go check it out at www.go-pokemon.com

The new Pokémon TCG: Diamond & Pearl expansion features several rules changes that may require players to rethink their strategies. The expansion introduces a new type of Pokémon. Pokémon LV. X! These cards represent the most powerful extremes that a Pokémon can reach, granting extra abilities, attacks, and more HP. They are played similarly to an Evolution card but have special rules as well. Other changes include: Free Attack Costs, New terminology, Rule changes, Unown changes, and more.
This expansion will be tourny-legal for worlds this year.
